As a personal project, I designed ClaimIQ, a real-time, AI assisted financial and legal platform that streamlines subrogated recoveries between insurers and panel law firms. Having worked in property insurance subrogation for years, I’ve seen firsthand how fragmented workflows, manual reconciliation, and opaque fee structures delay recoveries.

This project demonstrates how a traditionally messy, operationally heavy ecosystem can be reimagined at the intersection of fintech, legal-tech, and AI. ClaimIQ automates recovery payments, predicts case outcomes, validates legal fees, and reconciles settlements with full compliance, auditability, and transparency.

Building ClaimIQ allowed me to combine domain expertise with AI-driven design to rethink how insurers and law firms collaborate financially.
